FlameTech™ is recognized as a building code compliant, pressure-impregnated, fire-retardant treated wood (FRTW) product in accordance with ICC ESR-4056, QAI Laboratories (List-B-1093-1), InterTek Laboratories CCRR 1088, Underwriters Laboratories (Listing BUGV.r39579 and BPVV.r39580, AWPA UC-1 and UCFA use, AWPA T1 Standard and International Building Codes® (IBC) and International Residential Code® (IRC) for use with DF, SYP & SPF lumber and DF & SYP plywood products utilized in fire-resistance rated, exterior-bearing wall assemblies and interior framing applications where fire retardant construction materials are required, permitted and/or specified by code.
